Pre-Licensing Course

Cost is $599.00 for all classes

  • Email Registration@tuckerschool.com for the fastest response to any needs/questions
  • Easy registration for all classes is found below!
  • You will need to come in to pick up your materials on the date in your confirmation once you sign up for a virtual class
    • You can select to pick up materials from our corporate admin office, from a participating local F.C. Tucker Office (see details in registration form), or have them mailed to you
    • Admin office for picking up materials after registering is located at the F.C. Tucker Corporate building at 9279 N. Meridian Street, 46260
    • You will receive an email with your pick-up window date/time
    • There is a $20 fee if you are out of town and need your materials mailed
  • The Zoom link will be sent to you a week or so before your class starts
  • Registration closes at 9am the Friday before the class session begins; for registration after this deadline you must contact us directly. Please note that registrations after this deadline will incur a $50 late registration fee and you may be subject to a $40 express shipping fee.

  • If you miss any test (without making arrangements in advance with your instructor), you will automatically be removed from the class and not be eligible for a refund or the transfer fee option

Please try to sign up at least a week before the class date so you will be able to pick up your materials or receive them in the mail. **Refund/Retake policies are at the bottom of this page.

Special Notice:  Anyone who is not a US citizen should personally confirm with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency the requirements and if their current status meets the requirements.  Please call the IPLA at 317-234-3022 or pla10@pla.in.gov.

Morning Broker Pre-Licensing ZOOM Course

Live instructor teaching via Zoom.  Camera is required to be on for all students.  Class participation is expected.  Exams are done online.

Morning/Afternoon Broker Pre-Licensing HYBRID Course

Watch on your own schedule daily instructional videos, and a daily 1-hour mandatory Zoom session with your instructor.  Camera is required to be on for all students.  Class participation is expected.  Exams are done online.

**Refund/Retake Policies + Fees:

+ Cancellation fee of pre-paid class: $25.00
+ Transfer fee (to another live/Zoom/Hybrid class): $99.00
+ Transfer fee from live to online self-paced: $299.50
+ After the first class session, a withdrawal fee of $75.00 will be retained.
+ There will be NO refunds following the third class session.
+ If you miss an exam (without notifying your instructor in advance), you will automatically be removed from the class and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer option.
+ If you do not pass the course and wish to retake it, there will be a $299.50 retake fee.
– The retake fee does not include a text book; if you need a new one there is an additional $60 fee
+ A $60 supply fee may apply to any refunds if book and materials are not returned in original condition.

NOTE: Indiana Law provides that all residents of the state (and some non-residents) have the opportunity to earn an Indiana Real Estate license provided they have a high school education or a General Education Diploma and have successfully completed other educational and testing requirements. An exception to this rule exists dealing with individuals convicted of crimes that might have a bearing on that individual’s ability to be fair, safe, and honest with members of the public. If an applicant has a previous felony conviction, and especially if that individual is currently on probation for that offense, the Tucker School  of Real Estate encourages the applicant to contact the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency at 317-234-3022 or pla10@pla.in.gov for counsel prior to enrolling in a pre-licensing class.
