REQUIREMENTS
  To become a SALESPERSON you must...
> Be 18 years of age
> Attend a minimum of 14 of 18 class sessions
> Complete 54 hours of classroom instruction
> Have a minimum total score of 225 points (out of 300) on 3 required exams

  To become a BROKER you must...
> Be 18 years of age
> Attend a minimum of 14 of 18 class sessions
> Complete 54 hours of classroom instruction
> Have successfully completed the Sales Person Course
> Have a minimum total score of 150 points (out of 200) on 2 required exams
> Have successfully completed the State License exam
> Have 1 year of active salesperson license sure prior to taking the State exam

The Salesperson Course - 54 Hours
You are required to take approved pre-licensing courses before you are eligilble to take the state real estate exam, and with that in mind, the Tucker School of Real Estate has a Salesperson curriculum which will teach you all the fundamentals you'll need. You'll learn from instructor experience and expertise.

The Broker Course - 54 Hours
Our Broker course is uniquely designed to teach and assist the busy salesperson in preparing for the exam and securing the Broker license. The course will emphasize the following areas of study: Real Estate Law, Real Estate Brokerage Operations, Real Estate Finance, Real Property Valuation, Indiana License Law, Mathematics, Agency and Civil Rights.
